I’ve decided to once again switch up my fashion picks for the summer.  Usually I like to get  a bit of Zara, some Club Monaco, all while throwing in the funky random stuff.

This summer I think I need to continue to expand my fashionista horizon’s.

A couple years back when my mom was heading for South Africa I totally begged her for some SA fashions from designers like, Stoned Cherrie and Craig Native. I absolutely LOVED, LOVED, LOVED my stash, especially my Drum Tshirtsfrom Stoned Cherri. That was the beginning of my African Fashion love affair.   Unfortunately for me, Stoned Cherrie doesn’t have any online shopping options so I’ve been in going through SC withdrawal.

On the other hand, I think I may have found some alternatives, I think. So besides the SA Afro Guccidesigners, I’m really feeling allot of Nigerian Afro Gucci designers like,   Chichi & Chichi E  who are like based here in the US and a few others I found in Haute, an online fashion digest for African Designers and even on of all places YouTube.

I need a change of pace and hopefully I can get my hands on some of this ULTRA FAB Afro Gucci wear. Maybe mix it up with some reg Gucci, who knows.   …wish me luck…
