I’m kinda on this eat right kick. Not a health nut and into counting any kinda points, just trying ot stay away from the bad stuff. However I think the devil took hold of me today.

Yes, I did it. I went to the Jamaican truck in front of JandR and got myself a tasty morsel. I know, I was doing so well this week, had very few carbs, lots of protein… It was the devil, otherwise known as “fatisha”, she made my buy this tasty morsel. Next time, she’s going to have to remind me to bring in more peppa sauce from home though.
